Add static route (OpenSUSE)

Note: Hetzner doesn't allow communication between two servers in the same subnet. There is needed to install static route for each server.

SERVER tux29.hoststar.at:
- IP: 85.10.205.7
- default GW: 85.10.205.1 
 
route add -host 85.10.205.23 gw 85.10.205.1 dev eth0
